Today’s prompt for The Daily Post’s Weekly Photography Challenge: Dialogue
“Dialogue is an engaging conversational exchange. When it comes to photography, dialogue can be perceived as a consensual interaction between two images. Placed next to each other, each photograph opens up to meanings that weren’t there when viewed alone. Each composition reveals the photographer’s specific sensitivity to certain content or visual elements.”
It’s your turn now: for this week’s challenge, bring together two of your photos into dialogue. What do they say to each other?
“For where your treasure is, there also is your heart.” Mt. 6:21
Your dialoging photos got me smiling and thinking…posted two of my own…with a tanka – thanks, always, for the inspiration, Victoria!

Very nicely depicted. The two photos work quite well together. I like how the first has the dog staring out as though saying this is my treasure, what is yours to the other dog and he in turn gazes upon his.

Victoria, what an amusing set of photos. Although my treasure is depicted in the first, I’m quite sure the dog’s treasure is in the second. 🙂 What fun.

Martha and Mary–great observation. The best thing about the first photo is that it was NOT posed. Sparky always settles down with me to pray. I’ll say to him: “Come on, let’s pray and he jumps up in “his” prayer spot. :0)
